Refund & Deposit Policy

At TCCMobileDetailing, appointments are reserved specifically for each customer. A deposit is therefore required to secure your chosen date and time.

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be moved or credited towards another booking, service, customer or vehicle.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

  • If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of the booking being scheduled, the appointment will automatically be released and made available to the public.

  • If the appointment is booked less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the deposit must be paid immediately.

Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment, fail to attend or are unavailable when we arrive, your deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved and reasonable losses associated with the cancellation.

A new booking will require a new deposit. Any deposit paid for the original appointment cannot be transferred to the replacement booking.

Cancellations by TCCMobileDetailing

In the unlikely event that TCCMobileDetailing needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer you the choice of:

  • Transferring the deposit to a newly agreed appointment; or

  • Receiving a full refund of the deposit.

This does not apply where the appointment cannot proceed because the customer supplied incorrect information, failed to provide safe or suitable access, or did not meet the requirements agreed when booking.

Refunds for Completed Services

If you have any concerns regarding a completed service, please contact TCCMobileDetailing as soon as reasonably possible. We must be given a fair opportunity to inspect the vehicle and, where appropriate, correct the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptance of This Policy

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Deposit Policy. You also agree that the deposit secures the specific appointment date and time selected at the point of booking.

TCCMobileDetailing reserves the right to update this policy when necessary. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.
